Temporary Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that completed applications are processed compliantly and submitted to the insurance carrier after the sale of an insurance policy and our database is updated with the new policy information.

Benefits

• Check enrollment email inbox regularly for applications
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data on applications and make necessary corrections on documents to resolve inconsistencies or missing data
• Complete the faxing of applications
• Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
• Process application(s) by fax, online, or email
• Process incoming correspondences including but not limited to applications, EFT forms, plan changes, and other related paperwork timely and compliantly
• Record all application changes within the database, including plan changes, as well as address or phone number updates when they come back on the application
• Scan/attach applications in our database with confirmation of completed enrollment(s)

Temporary Phone Intake Specialist

Assignment: September 5, 2024- December 9, 2024

Locations: MN- Long Prairie, Maple Grove, Roseville, and Waite Park

• Work with members/prospects in person, over the phone, and through email to identify their needs and transfer to appropriate team or team members
• Greet members/prospects and, if applicable, verify PHI and other pertinent information prior to notifying the appropriate team or team member of their arrival
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Ensure signs are on the door and updated for office holiday closings, agency meetings, etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
• Maintain a log for any maintenance services done in the office
• Postal mail: handle mail based on the needs of the office location
• Record customer interactions and data by documenting notes appropriately
• Schedule appointments for members
• Update database with returned or undeliverable mail
• Always ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
