Job Summary
Responsible for providing a wide variety of support services locally to promote the company’s product portfolio via the telephone, in-person appointments and internet to support the Company’s reputation of excellence and to increase company revenue.
Job Functions
Consult and educate on one product line in person, over the phone and through email to identify customers’ needs in the Resident State
Quote and educate customers on company products and services
Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
Update and maintain customer interactions and data by recording detailed notes in the CRM in accordance with policies and procedures
Assist customers by enrolling in both on and off-exchange policies
Deliver sales presentations to educate, inform and provide solutions to potential customers
Communicate with consumers regularly regarding product information, rate changes and key benefits
Assist with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management
