Customer Service Representative (Prospect Intake Specialist)

We are searching for an outstanding candidate to join our Prospect Intake Specialist team. This position is open in either our Roseville or Waite Park office locations and is responsible for providing a wide variety of support services via the telephone, in-person, and email to support Breitenfeldt Group goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration within your team, office, and agency to maintain a culture of kindness and mentorship
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Ensure confidentiality and control аcсеss to sensitive information
• Update and maintain customer interactions and data by recording detailed notes in the CRM in accordance with policies and procedures
• Communicate with customers regularly by answering calls, greeting members, and returning emails all while directing tasks or scheduling with the appropriate team
• Assist with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management
