Make Sure the Plan Works for You

Before you select a plan, take a moment to confirm it covers your doctors and prescriptions:

• Plan Details: Click into any plan and select “Details” (between “Compare” and “Add”) to view a summary of benefits.
• Provider Directory: Scroll to “Benefits Resources” and select “Provider Directory” to check if your doctors and facilities are in-network. Be sure to choose the correct plan name and location—these tools can be sensitive to spelling and punctuation.
• Drug List: Use the “Drug List” tab to see if your prescriptions are covered. Most formularies allow you to search by drug name for quick results.

Taking these steps now can help ensure the plan you choose truly fits your needs.
