Compare Plan Options & Enroll

If your current plan is still offered in 2027, you do not need to complete a new enrollment for that
plan to continue. If you want to make a change, find your desired plan in your MNsure portal, add it
to your cart, and submit the enrollment.

Watch for your first bill. Use the Pay Now button through MNsure or wait for your first bill to arrive in the mail. ID cards will not be mailed
until your first payment is made.

Steps to Verify Your Providers & Prescriptions

Use these checklists when comparing MNsure plans.

VERIFY DOCTORS, HOSPITALS & FACILITIES

  1. Open the plan

From MNsure plan results, select the plan and open Plan Details.

  2. Open the Provider Directory

Find the plan’s Provider Directory or network link. It may open on the insurance company’s website.

  3. Confirm the correct plan and network

Make sure you are searching the exact network, Individual & Family coverage, correct service area, and coverage year.

  4. Search for your doctor

Use the doctor's name, clinic, specialty if needed, and city or ZIP code.

  5. Review the result carefully

Confirm the provider participates in the specific network for the plan you are considering.

  6. Repeat for each plan

Networks may differ between plans, even from the same insurance company.
